Catholic Community Services wanted to develop low income housing that could become home to single mother’s in the community. To achieve their goal we designed an 11 unit apartment complex that featured a community room that would act as a gathering space for the tenants as well as an onsite childcare facility. Comfort, affordability, and functionality were key drivers to the design on the project. All of the lower level units were designed to be ADA adaptable and one of the units was designed as a fully accessible unit.
